I have never swore at a chatbot such as mitsuku (i would find it very sad to do so) but what happens and i heard that you get banned and also what did it used to do before it banned people

Humans swear at each other all the time. Either in anger, in jest or as normal banter. I'd say there is much to learn. To make it use full human interactions, but restrict swearing is simply trying to make it have only a limited understanding of human interactions.
